If an order has failed sending for any number of reasons, such as an invalid fax number, you may restore an order.
In the case of an invalid fax number, change the fax number in the "Distributor maintenance screen".
To restore the order, go to the "Order Verfication" tab in the "Ordering" tab. Select the desired order to restore by selecting the row with the mouse and press the "Restore Order" button. The "New Orders" tab is automatically selected and you can re-send the order. The order that was restored still appears in the "Order Verification" tab.
