Once inventory has been taken, new orders are created. Orders are divided by distributor. A new order has the date the products were imported and the user who took the inventory.
To view the new orders, select the "Ordering" tab. Orders that do not have to be placed can be marked as "Inventory" and they will be removed from the "New Orders" section.
To review the products of any new order, select the row of an order with the mouse and the products for that order will appear in the "Order Details" section. To view all products that don't have to be ordered, check the "View All Scanned" checkbox.
Select the day to use for par values.
You can edit the "Adjustment" field with a negative or postive number to adjust the quantity to order for that product. Furthermore, the "Quantity To Order" field can be directly edited. If the par value needs to change for a particular product, you can edit it and it will change for the selected par day. The "Breakable" checkbox should be checked if the product has a lot size greater than one and can be ordered individually. Lastly, the "On Hand" field may be edited if a product was scanned with an invalid inventory level.
Once all orders have been reviewed and/or adjusted, check the "Send Order" checkbox for each order you want to send or check "Inventory Only" if the order does not need to be sent.
Before ordering, check the printing checkboxes, "Orders" and "Inventory Report" if you want to print them upon ordering.
Select the "Send Orders" button to send the orders. After the completion of sending orders, the "Order Verification" tab is automatically selected so that you can confirm the orders were sent.
