Printing labels

To print barcode labels, select the "Barcode Print" tab.

There are 3 ways labels can be printed:

1. Print labels on perforated label sheets so that labels can be placed in labels holders next to the product.

2. Print labels on regular letter-sized sheets and keep them close to the associated products.

3. Print labels on regular letter-sized sheets and keep them in a binder.

18 labels can be printed per sheet.

The "Label Alias" field is the label that will be printed with the associated barcode.

To print labels, first add products by double-clicking a row on the left side of the screen. The product will then be added to the right of the screen. The "Add To Selective Print" button also can be pressed to perform this action.

Hold CTRL+LEFT MOUSE click to select multiple products to add to the printing section on the right hand side. Furthermore, SHIFT+LEFT MOUSE click may also be pressed to select multiple rows.

Once products are added to the selective print section, you can select rows while holding LEFT MOUSE click to drag and drop rows in the order you desire to print them.

When more than 18 products are added to selective print, products are added to another page. To select a different page from selective print, press the arrow buttons located at the bottom of the right screen.
