Answer: If that doesnt work, make sure the printed label is not damaged. If the printed label is damaged, reprint the label and try again. If this is not the case, compare the printed barcode with the Primary code of the product of interest. If the codes are different, reprint the label. If the codes are not different, update the scanner (see "Exporting products to scanner" section). In the case where the barcode on the actual product won't scan, write down the barcode number on the product. Go to product maintenance and select the product of interest with the mouse (the row will be highlighted). Remember you can search for products by description. Enter this number in the "Secondary code" field under the product details section on the right hand side. |
